CASE V Resource Center

Thank you for supporting CASE V! With nearly 1,900 advancement professionals attending each year, we are the largest conference in all the districts! We are proud to have sold out our educational partner space for the last 12 years and look forward to partnering with you for 2008!

Program planning for CASE V's 34th annual conference is underway. The 2008 conference dates are December 14-16 at the Chicago Sheraton Hotel and Towers.

Please note that booth assignments are prioritized by 2008 conference sponsorship and past participation (with first preference given to 2007 educational sponsors and conference sponsors). We do our very best to accommodate all of your requests.

Educational Partner/Exhibitor-- Update Login Page

 

By exhibiting at CASE V, you will receive:

• The opportunity to meet a large variety of advancement professionals and introduce your product or service.
• An advanced list of "early-bird" registrants. (This list will be sent to you by mid-November.)
• A post-conference list of attendees.
• Two exhibitor registrations.
• A 8' x 10' booth with identification sign; a 2' x 6' skirted table; two chairs; and garbage receptacle. The exhibit hall is carpeted and electricity is not included
• The ability to post employment opportunities that your company has available in the CASE V Career Center.
• The chance to offer a give-a-away for the CASE V "Passport to Success" program.
• An opportunity to purchase tickets for the Odyssey Lake Michigan cruise on Monday night. A great opportunity to meet and greet conference attendees in a fun, relaxing atmosphere.

Booth Arrangements

GES Exposition Services will handle the physical arrangements for the exhibit area. Additional booth arrangements must be contracted through GES Exposition Services. They will send detailed information regarding available services from them once you register. Exhibitors will be responsible for the full cost of additional services ordered. Click here for GES Kit

Refunds

Cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refunds. Those received by Oct. 17, 2008 will be completely refunded, less the CASE V deposit fee ($185). Partial refunds (50%) will be given until October 31, 2008. There will be no refunds after 4:30 p.m. (Central Time), on Friday, October 31, 2008.

Liability

While CASE V will provide on-site security, the educational partner assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises and returned no earlier than the last day of the exhibit show period.
